Refund & Membership Policy

General Refunds

All purchases, including Intro 3-Class Passes, 5-Class Passes, 10-Class Passes, and Monthly Memberships, are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

Membership Flexibility

All 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month memberships include “Grace and Freeze” options to keep your practice flexible:

  • Membership Freeze: If you are unable to practice due to travel, illness, or personal reasons, you may request to freeze your membership. Please contact the studio directly to initiate a freeze.
  • Unlimited Access: Memberships provide unlimited class access for the duration of the term (1, 3, or 6 months).

Class Pass Expiry

Please ensure you utilize your Intro or Standard Class Passes within their designated validity period. Expired passes cannot be refunded or extended unless under exceptional circumstances at the studio’s discretion.
