The Grace Policy
Grace provides flexibility when you miss a class. It is applied automatically to your account to soften the impact of unexpected changes. (Package holders receive 1 Grace class; Members enjoy unlimited Grace with no no-show penalties).
The Freeze Policy
Available exclusively to Membership plans, you can pause your membership for a minimum of 5 days up to a maximum of 2 months per request. Perfect for when life requires your attention elsewhere.
