Booking & Access
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please note our booking guidelines:
- Advance Booking Only: All classes must be reserved ahead of time via our official website.
- One Class Per Day: Enjoy one free class per person, per day.
- No Walk-ins: We do not accept walk-ins, DM, or WhatsApp reservations.
- Check-in: Please check in at the front desk before your class starts.
- Automatic Closure: Booking closes automatically once a class reaches its full capacity.
Class Capacities
We keep our classes intimate to ensure you get the best guidance and experience.
- Regular Classes: Maximum 20 participants
- Aerial Yoga Classes: Maximum 12 participants
(Note: Aerial Yoga spots are strictly limited due to hammock availability, equipment setup, and safety requirements.)
Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask that you respect the time of our instructors and fellow members.
- Cancellation Window: If you cannot make it, cancellations are allowed up to 3 hours before the class starts.

No-Show Policy: Missing a booked class without canceling may result in a restriction on further trial bookings.
Repeated no-shows will lead to a complete loss of free trial access.
